I can move my PS3 while a disc is playing and nothing happens. Blame MS for their shoddy disc tray that don't hold the disc in place.

Good point. GOW collection released and then GOW3. ICO collection is coming and then The Last Guardian will release. Now, Sly Cooper collection is coming so Sly Cooper for PS3 is probably in the works.
Plus the 2 million new Xbox slims SHIPPED to retailers today.
